I love creamy and smudge proof eyeliner pencils, they are quick to apply and set and you are good to go.Liners that tug and smudge are the last thing you want in this fast life. It is dark blue in color. In one stroke itself, you can get an intense blue line. It can be swiped 2 to 3 times to give you more color. The texture is very smooth and glides easily on the lids without tugging at it. It can be used on the water line safely.

The colour is a chocolate brown with minute golden shimmers. It claims to be waterproof and crease resistant.
