7 Modern Dressing Table Designs

7 Modern Dressing Table Designs

Hi All,

Lately, I have been spending a lot of time reading online about home interiors. Pinterest has only added to this new passion. It has such gorgeous images from all over the internet world. I am totally glued to Pinterest these days and whenever I find a beautiful home design, I immediately pin it. This led me to the idea that I can do a post on vanity tables as I have been searching for some good vanity table designs.  In the next six months, we may move to Delhi and I am more than excited to set up my new home in Delhi. So, I keep looking for furniture designs etc., and this post is from one such online surfing. Any interior designers here?

This list is a compilation of my favorite designs. I have chosen different variety of designs to bring a kind of vividness in the post. I hope you like the designs.

1. Pimlico by Saxum:

This is my favorite design of all and that is why I have listed it on the top. I like the broad, big mirror that can capture every detail of the outfit. Also, I like the long glass top that can take many items we need on-the-go. It has drawers to store vanity items safely and the glass top makes it easy to clean!

2. Dwell Hideaway Model:

I am amazed at the creativity and innovation that the designer has shown in this model. It is a hideaway vanity table that looks like a single piece when the chair is tucked in.

3. Dressing Area:

Dressing Area

As the name suggests, this is actually a dressing area. The dressing table is designed in a way to cover one corner of the room and give it the look of more than a table. Also, I like it because I think if we have a corner in the house that cannot be properly utilized, it is nice to have it made into a dressing area.  What say?

4. Hideaway Foldable:

Foldable

I like this one too for it is very compact. The mirror is foldable and the chair can be tucked inside too. When its parts are all hidden away in the main table, it looks like a small stool – a perfect dressing table for small rooms.

5. Lilac Smart Vanity:

This one is kind of a common design, just that we often see it in a reduced size. Though this is not modern and nor it is unique, but still, I like it because it reminds me of those Barbie doll’s vanity tables. I would want to have this table in Pahal’s room as I really want her to be a fashionista and not a fashion dud like her mom 😛

6. Prestige Dressing Table:

Prestige Dressing Table

Doesn’t it look like a makeup counter in some shopping mall? And that is why I like it. If I design my house in an ultra-modern look, this is the table I would go for. I like how this table uses two mirrors. One set of mirrors for face makeup and the bigger one for the overall look.

7. Casa Son Vida Dressing Table:

Casa Son Vida Villa

This one is the most unique of all. The big round mirror is so unique, modern and looks so elegant. There is also a glass top table right in front of the mirror but since the table is made up of glass, it looks quite transparent. The black chair makes a chic combination. One major benefit of using this dressing table is that it would give an enlarged look of the whole room. You may all know how using big size mirrors help in giving the illusion of more space in the room.

I hope you guys enjoyed the collection 🙂

  1. hey Surabhi i think this article is for me. I am shifting in new house and i am thinking about dressing tables and ur article came. I would go for the first one as it is very space saving and easily manageable too!!!!! thanks 🙂

    1. Thankssssss Rati, I am really glad you liked the post. And I somehow knew that you would have a dressing area in your house. Ideally, thats how it should be – a dressing corner kinds.

  2. Super article, Surabhi! Although my dressing table is similar to the first one, I am in love with the last design. Totally saving it for the time when I get to buy my own house and put crazy stuff in it. 😀 My parents have the one like in the third picture. My dad loathes it but doesn’t dare criticise it because my mum loves it almost as much as she loves me. 😛

    1. Hey JW, its always a pleasure to see your comment here. I like all the designs and the last one is particularly unique but my personal pick would be the first one.

Ha ha ha.. I know how it is in homes.. males totally hate the dressing things – table, make up and other stuff. My hubby sarcastically tells me to have an entire as a dressing room..!!!!

  3. Hi Surbhi! All the 7 designs r really nice although i loved the 1st one..the finish n the feel of wood cannot be compared with anything else.. Nice post!
