I have often seen models in magazines wearing bright colored eyeshadows, but I wondered why it is difficult to pull off a bright eyeshadow look for normal people like us? 1. Wear it as a Pop of Color:

Wear it as an eyeliner; smoke it out on your lower lash line, smoke it out in the crease or you can even add it as an inner corner highlight. Anything will work!
