Yes, you all read it right. I am talking about detoxifying your body every single day. We all are well- aware of healthy practices. But sometimes we get carried away, especially when we’re with our friends or at some social gatherings, and end up eating or drinking a lot. The next day we wake up to a bloated tummy and heaviness. So what should we do in such a case? Just follow the ways I am mentioning today and you can detox your body every day, and that too without a lot of efforts.
1. Start your day with lemon water
You might have already heard that lemon water is very good for your health. And, if you begin your day with a glass of warm lemon water, digestion will get aided and all the toxins will get removed easily.
2. Cold pressed fresh juice and green teas
Begin your breakfast with a glass of cold pressed juices. Go for fruits like kale, spinach, ginger and lemon. Whichever variant you opt for, make sure the ingredients are fresh and organic. You can also sip green tea throughout the day to amp up your metabolism.
3. Apple cider vinegar
Try to end your day by consuming a glass of water plus 2-3 drops of apple cider vinegar. This will control your hunger cravings and aid digestion. Also, you won’t get midnight hunger pangs.
4. Detoxifying foods and supplements
Your liver and kidneys are your body’s natural filters. So, try to incorporate foods and supplements that will aid the cleansing process. Go for foods like beetroots, red garlic, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and sea vegetables.
5. Eat clean
Try to incorporate food products that are high in fiber in your diet. This will cleanse and detoxify your body, and keep it healthy in the long run. Avoid refined sugars like sodas, cold drinks etc.
6. Sweat more
Indulge in some exercises or activities that can lead to excess sweating. This way, your toxins and other impurities will get flushed out.
7. Inversion exercises
Inversion exercises are extremely beneficial for detoxifying your body. They help in maintaining your entire body weight. Try to go for exercises like headstand and shoulder stand every alternate day.
8. Skipping
Start the jump-rope exercise every morning. Try at least 200 reps of jumping. This will not only tone your body but also make you feel light.
9. Hydrotherapy
This is an age-old method that detoxifies your body. And, this is pretty simple too. Try to alternate between hot and cold water every 30 seconds while you are in the shower. This will reduce water bloating and keep you light.
