Amazing Eyeshadow Looks For Special Occasions

Hello makeup lovers,

I’m at home for a few more days. Here at home, there’s not much to do, so, I spent my time practicing new makeup looks. I tried smoky eyes and a few more. My next look is a nude look which I’ll share on MG. I’ve college photo shoot coming up, so I’m planning to sport a black saree along with a nude eye look and bold lips. Have to practice it and perfect it before the actual shoot. There are so many new eye looks nowadays. Let me share a few of Rati’s eye looks to give you some examples.

1. Color block

This is by far my favourite look of Rati. She looks so breathtaking and adorable in this look. She has used blue kajal as eyeshadow and a yellow eyeshadow on her lower lash line. She’s wearing a bright pink lip color to complete it. Also, I love the earrings she’s wearing.

2. Eid special

In this look, instead of using a light highlighting color on the inner corner of the V, she uses a bright color. She matches this color with her nail paint and it looks so refreshing. The mint green against the black is a perfect combination for summers. The green in the shadow makes it suitable for the day and the black for the night, such a versatile look.

3. Ombre look

This look has blown Instagram away. I’ve seen so many makeup artists try it. Ombre look from hair has shifted to our makeup as well this summer. She uses two kajals, blue and green, and blended it away. The key to this look is to blend, blend, blend. It just makes me realize that I don’t have a blue kajal yet (my next makeup purchase).

4. Orange eyes

Rati used this bright orange color in such a way that it looks subtle and beautiful. She has paired it with orange lips. We’ve always been told that we should focus at one part at a time, but here she manages to pull off two bright colors at the same time; this is because the way she has applied the orange eyeshadow, blending it with brown. It’s such a fun new look to try.

5. Glitter all the way

In this look, she has used glitter eyeshadows. I’ve always been so skeptical about glitter but this look has changed my perspective. She’s made it look so wonderful. It is clearly evident in her looks how much efforts she has put in.

6. Gothic look

Rati pulls this off as well. In this, she has used a bright bold lip so her eyes are almost neutral. She used glitter in the inner corner of the eyes and her eyeliner flick is to die for. Many of the users will be reluctant to try this look, but do give it a shot; you’ll never know what you can pull off.

7. Bronze eyes

This is one of the eye classics you can never go wrong with. You can wear this look with ethnic, casuals, day time and night time. I love using bronze on my eyes. It’s simply a classic.

8. The Deepika look from India Couture week

This is another classic smokey eye. I love this look. Plus the tutorial she posted along with the look is so helpful. I love this look. I recreated this look with some changes. I completely love it.

9. Eye look with MAC Heroine

In this look, she balanced the rich deep shade of Heroine with a light subtle eye color. It’s fresh and a new look which is a must try.

These are a few new eyeshadow looks which are must try for this season. I’m absolutely in love with all the looks and can’t wait to try all of them.
