Today’s review will be on a product by Anatomicals. I really loved their Smoother Butts love Coconut Lotion and it got over, so I bought this one instead. Let’s see how this one fared for me!

My Experience with Anatomicals Not Another Rough Day Please Neroli Body Lotion:
I love the way Anatomicals pack their products. They are not only brightly coloured ones but they also have witty and funny notes on the packaging. This one comes in a bright bluish-green coloured bottle. It has a pump dispenser which makes life much easier in dispensing the lotion. You can control the amount of product by applying suitable pressure on the pump.
The lotion is a slightly thick lotion and is white in colour. It isn’t runny as the Smoother Butts love Coconut Lotion. This one is slightly thicker but it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin if you apply just a little bit. If you apply this lotion on top of say another skin care product, it might feel slightly heavy. This lotion gets absorbed into the skin quickly and doesn’t feel greasy or oily.
It has a lovely fragrance but I don’t know if that’s what neroli smells like, but it has a nice floral fragrance to it, kind of like jasmine and mogras. I really like the fragrance and it smells like flower strings you put in your hair on some Indian occasions. The fragrance doesn’t last much though. It disappears pretty quickly. Also, the fragrance is initially a bit strong but dies down quickly.
The lotion doesn’t make me sweat if I use it less, but I have noticed that if you layer on the lotion, it does make your skin look oily and greasy. It moisturizes my skin really well and only a little amount is needed. It doesn’t feel like you’ve applied anything on your skin, and once I have used this in the morning, I’m sorted for the rest of the day! I don’t have to reapply lotion and I’m glad about it.
Also, this lotion can be used by people of all skin types. I have normal to combination skin, and I like using this lotion, but if you have dry skin, you can layer it on. And if you have oily skin, use it very little. It’ll moisturize the skin very well.

- If layered on more, it tends to look oily on the skin.
- It also feels heavy if you apply more.

I won’t repurchase this as of now, but you can try this lotion out if you are looking for a nice lotion which smells amazing and doesn’t cost you a bomb!
