Today, I will be reviewing an eye cream from Banjara’s. Eye creams are an essential part of skincare regime. Earlier, I thought eye creams were meant only for women who have lines and wrinkles. I just realized the importance of eye cream after reading reviews here in IMBB.

Product Description

Banjara’s Under Eye Cream enriched with almond is a light nourishing cream that helps to protect the delicate skin around the eyes. It contains oils of almond, ginseng extracts and soya protein to increase the brightness and add sparkle to the eye, while reducing puffiness, dark circles and fine lines. The natural active ingredients in this cream help in reducing signs of fatigue and stress.

My experience with the Banjara’s Under Eye Cream

The Banjara’s Under Eye cream comes in a white tube with a screw on cap. I prefer a flip top cap since its more convenient for usage but this isn’t too bad either, as it is still better than a tub packaging. The tube is completely opaque and doesn’t allow one to see how much product is left in the tube. There is a very fine nozzle opening to take out the product by squeezing the tube. It works well and there is no product wastage as the tube releases product only when it is squeezed. Overall, the packaging comes decent for an eye cream.

The eye cream has a light almond oil fragrance. It has a slightly thick consistency and is very moisturizing on the skin. The moment I apply it my eye area feels hydrated and soft. The texture of the eye cream is soft, smooth and creamy. It spreads easily on the skin though you need to massage it lightly to get absorbed into the skin. I generally apply this eye cream on both under eye area as well as on the lids and massage lightly till it gets absorbed. You need to work with a very small amount of the product as the formula is slightly thick it might be difficult to get fully absorbed and can also leave the eye area greasy.

I have been using this eye cream for almost a month now, exactly it has been more than 21 days and I could tell you the results exactly. My under eye area is highly pigmented and I have bluish dark circles. The level of pigmentation is really high that I always use a corrector to conceal my eye area and then follow it up with a concealer. I don’t have any wrinkles but I do have a few lines. Regular usage of this eye cream did help me in lightening and hydrating those massive dark circles. The results are definitely not drastic as it is more of a herbal product it works very slowly. I noticed a light difference to my dark circles only after 2 weeks. I also used homemade cucumber eye pads along with this eye cream to make it work faster.

Overall, I would say this eye cream is for people who are looking for good moisturization and also some lightening effect on dark circles. If you have mild dark circles then the results will show up earlier but for me I will keep using this one at least till it gets over as it works in a very slow pace. I would also tell you that this eye cream doesn’t remove dark circles completely. But, keep using it regularly and patiently for results to show up. It comes in a good 30ml quantity it will last longer as only small amount of product is required.

• It can be a little greasy on oily lids or when you use too much of product.
• No visible effect on lines.
• It works very slowly.

Will I repurchase and do I recommend Banjara’s Under Eye Cream?

No, I wouldn’t repurchase it after finishing this up. I will look for something better. Overall, only if you have very mild dark circles then this will work well for you with regular usage.
