Bare Essentials Pimple & Blackhead Remover Needle & Loop Review

Bare Essentials Pimple & Blackhead Remover Needle & Loop

Hello Lovelies,

Today’s review is about an essential tool that we all use at some point in time- A Blackhead remover loop. We all hate that black bump on our face and constantly fret over it. There’s always a scrub, a mask, a strip but heck they are not 100% effective. Squeezing the stubborn blackheads can be very painful and we need a helping hand..uuhh.. or a loop.. 😛

My experience with Bare Essentials Pimple & Blackhead Remover Needle & Loop:

I was looking for a blackhead remover loop for sometime when I spotted this while picking some grocery at a departmental store. It has got two functional ends; one which has the loop and the other that has a needle. You have to place the loop over the blackhead and press gently to exterminate the little black monsters. I always use a scrub to unclog the pores before I start the mission assassination. 😛 I follow up with my fab india toner.

This tool is made of finest quality stainless steel and it works very well for me, I apply very light pressure and voila the job is done before I know it. I have never used the probe side as I’m too scared to scrape my skin. Honestly, I don’t see a use of this probe needle at all.
It is washable, sanitizable and rustproof. I wash it with warm water and liquid soap and sanitize it once it is dry.

Overall, this is a wonderful tool to have to get rid of those stubborn blackheads and whiteheads. Squeezing the blackheads by hands has left my skin blotchy a lot of times but with this tool I’ve never had this problem. It has never irritated my skin and never left it swollen or red. Please remember to unclog your pores nicely before using this one and I’m certain you’ll be left with a cleaner nose. Do not, I repeat do not be harsh and press too much or you’ll end up with a red blotch on your skin.

  3. Barsha, you must use oatmeal as a cleanser, it has soothing properties which will reduce the inflammation and redness caused by acne. Just grind it with water and use it as a cleanser. You may even mix it with yogurt and use as a scrub, it will help in evening your complexion. Besides this there are a lot of tips here on IMBB that you can follow. Hope this helps. *haan ji* *haan ji*

  4. wow..this sounds so good. can just imagine my whiteheads disappearing with the use of this *woot* . that would be the day really when my face is clear of whiteheads *happy dance* till then a decent scrub should do.

  5. I have used such black head removers in the past… They always left marks on my face 🙁 may be I wasn’t doing it the right way. But dermatologists don’t really advocate using this tool… Suction pump is a much better option to do it in a safe way..

    1. Dipti.. yeah it’s quite possible that you didn’t do it gently..i never use the needle side myself..but I don’t see any harm in using this..it does help me.. *haan ji*

          1. wait lemme check..hmmm.. I think Philips has one or Panasonic one of the two.. I had seen one long back at Big Bazaar.. not sure if you still get it there..

            1. Okie I just saw… healthkart has it Panasonic Pore cleanser.. if you plan to invest..do check the reviews first… 🙂

  6. sounds like a good product.. *haan ji* but i just cannot do it on my own… *nababana*
    btw nice review esha.. *hifive*

  7. Hey Esha.. great review.. but I can see you are finding some difficulty to convince everyone *headbang* dont why everyone is so scared.. I am using it from so many years.. wana add one simple tip to avoid any rashes.. just use a hot towel on your face to let your pores open and blackheads will get soft… after that one can gently use this device over nose and blackhead prone areas.. and dont foreget to use tonner or facepack to close the pores.

  8. me too use a remover once a week after steaming… works great for me… never used the needle tip till now… gets out even the most stubborn blackheads and i never got any marks.. *hifive*
