My Experience with Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Sensual Black Currant Vanilla Sugar Scrub:

As you can see, the sugar scrub comes in a tub with red and black detailing. The details about the product are mentioned on the body of the tub. The black screw-on lid could have been a bit more interesting, but nevertheless. There was a protective shield initially which had to be torn off to reach the product. It is absolutely impossible to travel with this tub considering the texture of the sugar scrub and also the huge tub packaging.

packaging

The texture of the scrub is awesome, it is simply like a tub of brown sugar immersed in fragrant oil. You have to scoop out the required quantity and rub on. I love how the sugar granules feel on the skin. They are big but not rough or abrasive, which is great! The oil gives a nice base for scrubbing and hence I use it on wet and dry skin, both ways. The oily base does not feel sticky or gooey and does the job of moisturization easier.

The scrub leaves the body visibly smooth and clean with the required dose of moisture. It is a great one-stop product for the winters. If you have normal skin like mine, you can skip applying the lotion, but lotion/cream from the same range improves the staying power of the fragrance.

product

Other than the tub packaging, there is nothing I can complain about. It is pricey no doubt, but just a little goes a long way, so the pricing is justified. Also, the vanilla fragrance overpowers the black currant, so if you do not like sweet-smelling products for the body, do stay away from this. I am totally in love with this scrub, both in terms of texture and fragrance, so this is HG material for me.
