My Experience with Bath and Body Works Fresh Sparkling Snow Shower Gel:

Bath and Body Works Fresh Sparkling Snow Shower Gel comes in the standard BBW transparent plastic bottle with a push top cap. The packaging is lovely with beautiful glittery flowers and snowflakes on the bottle which makes it very attractive and pretty. Though there are no issues about leakage when carrying in a bag, but the bottle is too huge for that and sadly, this range is not available in travel size. The packaging in simple and functional.

The shower gel itself is aqua blue in color which makes the bottle look even prettier and yes, fresh; as the name says. 😉 Coming to the fragrance, as per the claims and name, “Fresh Sparkling Snow,” I had expected its fragrance to be something fresh, clean and something like rain or like a walk outside in the snow, but that’s not the case, it doesn’t match the name. It has a berry scent which is not overly sweet and does smell fresh and clean and not too strong or artificial. Though not very strong, I can smell traces of snow-covered pine, musk and moss. Also, I feel that the scent is unisex, so can be used by women and men alike. My hubby too likes to use this one. 😉 But it doesn’t stay for long and can be layered with products from same range for making it last a bit long.

A dime-sized amount produces much lather and that is good enough for a single use. It does not strip my skin off moisture, instead leaves it soft and supple. It rinses out well and leaves my skin squeaky clean. It cleans my skin effectively and the fragrance does evokes my senses. Though the shower gel does not dry out my skin, I always follow up with a moisturizer as I have a super duper dry skin.

Pros of Bath and Body Works Fresh Sparkling Snow Shower Gel:

  • Simple, functional and lovely packaging.
  • Fresh fragrance.
  • Cleans skin thoroughly.
  • Only a dime-sized product is required per use, so the huge bottle will last for long.
  • Does not make my skin dry and stretchy.
  • Bath and Body Works does not test on animals.

Cons of Bath and Body Works Fresh Sparkling Snow Shower Gel:

  • Contains SLS and silicones.
  • Does not come in travel size.
  • Fragrance doe not stay for long.

IMBB Rating:
4/5

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Bath and Body Works Fresh Sparkling Snow Shower Gel?
I have bought a couple (or should I say a lot! 😛 ) more fragrances from the brand which will take some time to finish. I might not repurchase this since there are so many new fragrances to try. 😉 But I would recommend it for sure.
