My Experience with Bath and Body Works White Citrus Shower Gel:
Bath and Body Works White Citrus Shower Gel comes in the standard BBW bottle with a push top cap. The packaging is very simple with the image of beautiful water lily on the bottle which makes it very attractive and there are no worries about leakage when carrying it in a bag, but the bottle is too huge, but it’s available in travel size version as well.
The fragrance of this range is amazing! This is one of my favorite scents from Bath and Body works. I had loved it when I had used the White Citrus Hand Cream, but somehow with so many creams around, it just slipped off my mind. But when I spotted this at the store, there was no way that I was not picking it up 😛
The fragrance is very energizing. It truly wakes me up in the morning and lifts my mood and senses, and freshens me up. 🙂 The top notes are citrus and the lemon and tangerine scent is “oh so fresh!” The middle notes are flowery, but honestly, the citrus notes do all the trick for me and flowery notes just slip of my mind. 😉 On drying, the fragrance is woody and grassy, and thankfully, the musk is not prominent. This scent is not very feminine and is unisex.
In fact, my hubby loves it more than I do. 😀 The fragrance fills my shower and I have real difficulty in stepping out. 😉 The fragrance stays for some more time after coming out from the shower and by using the products from the same range, the longevity of the scent could be increased.
A dime-sized amount produces much lather and that is good enough for a single use. It does not strip my skin off moisture, instead leaves it soft and supple. It cleans my skin effectively and the fragrance does evokes my senses. Though the shower gel does not dry out my skin, I always follow up with a moisturizer as I have a super duper dry skin.
