Hello all
I was eagerly waiting to gather up and write my thoughts about my very first B&BW product but circumstances did not allow me to. After I came back from my trip, I was depressed for a while and later caught up with my project work and paper presentations. Nevertheless, nothing stopped me from using this shower gel, made me use it even more actually 😀 So without giving away much about it lets head straight to the review.

My Experience with Bath & Body Works Golden Magnolia Sun Shower Gel:
The packaging is really nice and simple. A sturdy plastic bottle with a plastic cap that has to be pressed at the top to release the opening on the other side. This is pretty functional and makes it easy to be carried without having to worry about the cap coming off.
The shower gel looks beautiful pinkish-orange inside the bottle but is colorless in reality. Bath and Body Works is known for its heavenly aromas. So I was pretty excited to sniff it before doing anything else. At first I got a mix of different notes of aromas but then I took some time to categorize it. I could smell a soothing scent of floral notes and some vanilla. I am not aware how peonies and magnolias smell like though. I could also smell shea. All in all, it is extremely relaxing and so unique. It makes the whole bath super relaxing and invigorating. Top notes are not very floral but it is sweet. I dislike extremely floral scents, gladly this one is just sweet. Mid notes have vanilla and shea fragrance.
It lathers really well without a loofah and with one it lather even better. Post usage it makes my skin soft and smooth. Some shower gels are drying on my normal skin, not this one. The aroma, lasts for about 1.5 hours max on sweaty days like now which is a little disappointing. I’m really glad IMBB bought this for me 🙂

This one is a must have for every woman to pamper herself! With the ocean of variants to choose from, I don’t think it’d be fair if I repurchased the same one 😀
