Product Details:
Aqua Luminous Perfecting Concealer provides weightless, buildable coverage with every water-light drop. This 32 percent water-rich concealer is easily blendable, and it blurs imperfections, covers dark circles, hides blemishes and hyper pigmentation, and perfects skintone while creating a radiant-looking complexion. Its lightweight texture fuses with the skin and effortlessly delivers light-to-medium, buildable coverage for a natural-looking, non-cakey finish. It includes a custom dewdrop applicator that provides the perfect amount of product for an even application.

My Experience with Becca Aqua Luminous Perfecting Concealer:

This concealer is available in 10 shades. With 10 shades, I feel it’s quite an okay shade range, but I feel they could add more warmer shades to their selection. I picked up the shade “Light,” which is a neutral under-toned shade and may be two shades lighter than my own skin tone, but that’s what I wanted. I could have easily gone for a medium or a beige shade.

This concealer comes packed in this lovely clear tube. There is a doe-tip applicator, which is a bit more padded and wider than the regular concealer wands that you get. It does not make a massive difference because anyway you are blending the concealer with your fingertips.

The texture is soft and creamy. It goes on easily on the undereyes and you have to blend it quickly or it dries. Once blended, it has a soft matte finish to it. I’d call it a “healthy, natural look.”

It is a light coverage concealer. I wouldn’t even call it a medium coverage concealer, but that’s what puts me off about it. If I want something light reflective, I would rather pick up light reflective pens. From concealer, I do expect a bit of coverage and a quick go-to concealer, where I am not building up layers to get the desired coverage. As a product, I find it a bit misleading. This could easily pass off as a light reflective concealer that gives a bit of lift to the tired, under-eyes or skin, without really concealing much.

If you don’t have much dark circles and you are looking for something light and for a go-to product to give you that little fresh look, this could be your product. I am not really impressed.

It stays on for good 6-7 hours on me and does not crease. I don’t have to powder much to set it because it sets quite nicely on its own. It almost feels nothing on the skin. At this price point, for bare minimal coverage, I would definitely invest in re-toucher pens instead of a concealer that works like one. This is not my favorite concealer for sure. I have used it all month long and I am definitely not very convinced about this one. I always keep pulling my NARS concealers. I like using it on top of another concealer, just very lightly on the dips of my under eyes to reflect light. It always feels like I am trying to love it but I am never left impressed with this one.
