I don’t adhere myself to a particular cosmetic brand. In my opinion, every brand has something good to offer and why not to avail them! This time, I decided to get my hands on Becca Sheer Stick Foundation with SPF 30 + for these summers. I am in the shade ‘Toffee’. Stick foundations always attract me as they serve the purpose of concealer due to their thick consistency.

My Experience with Becca Sheer Stick Foundation SPF 30+:

It has sturdy metal tube packaging. The metal tube had the smooth plastic cover and cap which really make the appearance classy. The cap gets locked and does not come out on its own which makes it travel friendly. The foundation is in the form of twist up bullet. The top of the stick has metal covering with Becca imprinted on it. The bottom has the sticker which represents the shade name, quantity and shelf life of the foundation.

It has very thick, but very smooth texture which glides smoothly over the face. The foundation has strong scent to it, which is rather annoying.

This foundation has an array of 34 shades to choose from, which is just amazing. I think that women of any skin tone will find her perfect match. I found this product online and it’s really confusing to find out the best match for me. I finally decided on the shade Toffee which turned out to be perfect for me…yay!

Toffee is a deep yellow shade which suits me best for summers as in summers, I tend get tanned. When I opened the product, a very sharp scent hit my nose and my other senses too! Any how, the consistency of the foundation is thick, but buttery soft. It glides and blends smoothly. It gives sheer to medium coverage, though the coverage is buildable to full too. It is not matte, but has sheer finish which is best for dry skinned girls, like me. But again, the scent of this foundation stick is so strong that even after application it don’t fade away and continue hitting my nose. 🙁

As for its performance, it really covers up the pigmentation and acne scars on face and is very good for those who actually need a lot of coverage. But, be careful if you have combination to oily skin as it may make your face greasy.

I wore it alone without topping it with compact just to check its staying power. Amazingly enough, it stayed for about 5 hours without any touch ups, even when I sweat in this humid weather and it kept my blemishes covered quite well too. But, on pigmented area of my face, I had to apply 3-4 layers to get perfect and high coverage. Overall, I love everything about this foundation stick and I am really impressed with it!

Would I Repurchase Becca Sheer Stick Foundation SPF 30+?
I really love this stick for its coverage and finish, but the scent irritates me a lot. I will not purchase it again only because of its strong scent.

Would I Recommend Becca Sheer Stick Foundation SPF 30+?
I would recommend this to beauties with dry skin as it is really a good foundation stick. But, be prepared to bear the strong scent.

Verdict:
It is a really good foundation stick that provides coverage up to high level, and is really good for the dry skin too. Also, the presence of SPF is great for summer. The only down thing about it is its strong scent.
