Iv used almost all of these but none could stay on my eyelids more dan 2 hous *smack* . Well hashmi kajal is not available over here and i ve nt tried.. Controversies regarding lead content of hashmi kajal scares me *smug*
I have used maximum of these.trust me when i say no one of them stays for more than four hours or so…But lotus herbals mad an exception.It only stayed but i could also remove it same efficiently..

Its been quite sometime i am regularly following IMBB. And this is my first comment. Well my fav one is Maybelline Gel eye liner and Lakme eyeconic kajal. Though the gel eye liner is not a kajal but I use it likewise. It is dark and smudge proof. Those who have not used it can give a try..its awesome!! *happydance*

ohhh n i wud love to add bourjois n loreal contour kohl.. Both r dark black n slight smudging like mac smolder… In college days we loved revlon stay on pencil… It was smudge proof n BLACK… N when i started workkng i used to use chambor stay on eye pencil… It ws water proof n super BLACK too… Very gentle n no harm to my sensitive watery eyes… Reminds me i shud repurchase revlon n chambor :p :p

Wonderful compilation and I love the smooth winged eyeliner in the first pic. But I would like to include Amway Attitude Kajal Coal to this list – it is by far THE best eyeliner I have used. The quality is comparable to Lakme Kohl Ultimate – smudgeproof, doesn’t sting on waterline, waterproof, insanely pigmented – but available at half the price. I strongly recommend the Kajal Coal for those who have not yet tried!

Good one Neha… I have tried so many brands Chambor, Colorbar, Faces, Ikonic, Maybelline Colossal, Revlon.. But all of them sting my waterline.. *cry* *cry* *cry* So far Bourjois and Attitude (Amway) are the only ones that seem to suit me.. Currently using Attitude one.. it’s jet black and doesn’t smudge… 😀 😀

I am using Lotus herbals but it smudges after a few hours and once the point of the kajal is blunt its difficult to use what should I do? Have used Revlon kajal in pencil but it broke off at the end & the pencil was hollow. Please suggest a kajal that’s has staying power & does not smudge

I can tell you which according to me is the worst kajal, waste of money that I have ever bought.
Thankfully it is not in your list.
It is Chambor gel kajal.
It is expensive- Rs. 550/-
It is not dark at all.
It hurts my eyes. They water profusely.
It looks bad.
It does not stay.
You might ask, why did I buy it?
Wrong purchase that I regret so much. I do not know what to do with it.
max factor’s kohl pencil is equally bad.. But there are few ways in which you can use the Kajal.. Just apply them on your eye lid like a liner and smudge it a lil bit.. You will get that smokey eye effect.. Basically use it as a black cream eye shadow.. 🙂

Try using The Body Shop kajal too..I’ve been using it for sometime now and it really is a fab product..Gives my eyes that smoky sultry look without much effort..Considering that I am not much of make up person yet (I’m just getting started and am currently hooked on lipshades), it is perfect…:)

Mac isn’t really smooth though it stays.. Try christian dior… Bloody smooth and wow effect. Has a smudger to get that smoky eye effect 😉

Right now m using Maybelline Collosal and I have found that soo far its very good to use .
And if I want to change incase I will go for Mac..

i like ur blog alot if i want to buy anything il look at reviews in ur blog and then buy the products but i wanted to know about a good kajal and a lip colour .while coming with the kajal i have watery eyes and i have used lakme,maybelline,loreal ,faces,himalaya,eyetex ,in this loreal and faces r gud but loreal has low staying power and faces is good but my eyes stinging may be my eyes r sensitive ,so pls do tell me a kajal which stays on my eyes for long time smudgeproof and waterproof im big kajal fan pls do this favor for me and for lip color i didnt use much i hate lip colors which has a sheer and shimmery ,bulgy,heavy on lips i just want a color on my lips thats all
