Moisturise! Moisturise! Moisturise! Moisturizing is one of the most important steps to deal with eczema. Cerave Facial Moisturizing Lotion is one of the best moisturizers and is extremely effective. Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion is also very good.
Healer
Eucerin Aquaphor Healing Ointment provides soothing, calming relief. It heals the skin, restores moisture and repairs the aggravated skin. It also heals the raw sensitive skin caused due to itching.
Anti-Itch
When you do get bad symptoms, instead of grabbing a steroid cream, go for Aveeno Calamine & Pramoxine HCL Anti-Itch Cream. Steroid creams are of no good in the long run.
