BH Cosmetics Contour & Blush Palette Review

I think it is safe for me to assume that most (if not all) girls love to shop. I have yet to meet someone who does not! It just all boils down to how smart you are when shopping and taking advantage of good deals which at the same time, delivers top-notch performance. Nothing excites me more than finding good-quality products at very reasonable prices. So imagine my excitement when I found this:

I like that this palette got everything that I need: contouring powder, highlighting powder, setting powder and blush.

I love that these shades are matte and it also comes in warm tones – just suitable for my skin. This palette is thin and light-weight.

Although the beauty brand is known globally, I first heard of BH Cosmetics from a YouTube makeup guru. However, it took me a while to take the plunge and try it out for myself when I needed an inspiration for a fashionable friend’s birthday gift. So I bought her – and myself – a palette to try and play with.

And I was not disappointed.

As with any new beauty and makeup products that I am trying for the first time, I always do an allergy test. Thank goodness I did not breakout and my skin was not irritated. I also love how the bronzer and highlighter are not too shiny or glittery, which makes this product even more perfect for work and daily use.

I found out that the blush is so pigmented that I have to be careful when dabbing it with a brush (we do not want to look as if we were slapped)! The finish powder tends to cake a bit but it was not too bad that I can very well overlook it.

I love how matte and very neutral this palette is, very versatile

What I like about BH Cosmetics Contour & Blush Palette:

• Very affordable. Regular price is $18.95 but last time I checked, it is on sale for $12.00.
• Easy to apply and blends easily. Very handy when getting ready for work in the morning!
• The colors are suitable for use anytime! Even for work.
• Pigmented and lasts long throughout the day.
• Chic and sophisticated packaging.
• No irritations and breakouts.

What I do not like about BH Cosmetics Contour & Blush Palette:

• Has a tendency to cake.
• Although the palette is thin, it is bigger and may not fit a small makeup bag.

And there you have it, my lovelies! My take on an affordable product but is very competitive when it comes to getting the job done. Unless I happen to come across another brand which can deliver the same and is priced within the range of BH Cosmetics Contour & Blush Palette, this baby will always be a part of my daily makeup routine as I get ready for work.
