After reviewing the shade After Hours from the BH Party Girl Waterproof Gel Eyeliners, I am back to review another shade – Wish. Read on to find out how this eyeliner fared.

My Experience with BH Cosmetics Party Girl Waterproof Gel Eyeliner in Wish:

Packaging:  The eyeliner comes in a pencil format. The pencil is black in color and has a band at the end which coincides with the color of the product. The eyeliner is not retractable and you will need a sharpener as the tip of the pencil is bound to get blunt over time. Not my personal favorite as it leads to product wastage. But on the positive side, a pencil format makes the application very easy.

Shade/Finish:  “Wish” is a gorgeous cobalt blue color with very subtle shimmer. The shimmer doesn’t really show up on the eyes, but adds a nice sheen to the finish. It is decently pigmented and hence it easily covers your eye line in a single swipe.

Texture/Staying Power:  This is a gel eyeliner and the texture is very creamy. It glides smoothly over the eyes. It sets pretty quickly and then it does not smudge or budge. It stays put on my eyes for around 4-5 hours, which is good considering I have oily eyelids. It is waterproof and you will need a makeup remover to take it off.  Since, this has fine shimmer particles, I do not use it on my waterline.

• Is in a pencil format and will need a sharpener.
• Does not seem suitable for waterline.

Yes, you should try it as it is a nice eyeliner at an affordable price.  I will not repurchase the same shade, but might try other shades from the range.
