I recently picked up a ton of stuff from BH Cosmetics and I finally got the perfect red pink colour in their liquid lipstick collection. Every brand these days is coming out with liquid lipsticks and it is the people who are puzzled as to which one is the best. I have mixed feelings about these liquid lipsticks; read on to find out more.

My Experience with BH Liquid Lipstick – Long-Wearing Matte Lipstick Glory:
Packaging: It comes packed in a cylindrical tube with a doe-foot applicator. The tube comes in a black outer carton. The packaging is sleek and travel-friendly.
Color: I love this red colour because it has a strong pink undertone and in a different lights, it looks pinkish which is amazing.
Texture: The texture is smooth when you apply it but once it is about to dry, it is a little sticky. The time it dries down completely, it just sticks to the lips like glue which I like!
Pigmentation: The colour is pigmented but you have to go into the tube to fill out the lips properly. It is not as pigmented as Lust.
I have tried many different liquid lipsticks and all of them dry out the lips which is not a complaint. With this one, you don’t really need to apply tons of balm before using it. You can just lightly exfoliate and you are good to go. This stays on for ages on the lips and doesn’t move but once you have a meal or have too much coffee or any other drink, it starts crusting from the inner portion of the lips. With this shade, the colour fades away from the inner portion of the lips post eating. The colour will not transfer at all and it does stain the lips. You have to be careful when you take it off because it will stain around the lips too. Use oil to take this liquid lipstick off. Also, re-applying it once it has dried off is not easy. It looks too heavy and doesn’t settle too well on the lips once you apply it again after it has dried down. So quickly reapply the second layer.
I do like the formula of these liquid lipsticks because they did not dry out my chapped lips but they do partially settle into the fine lines of the lips. It is always good to exfoliate before using any liquid lipstick. I have to say the smell of these liquid lipsticks is kind of annoying. It smells like chemicals from the drugstore or chemists shop.

• Reapplying is a pain.
• Not a lightweight formula.
• The smell can be annoying.
• Not extremely pigmented.

Would I Repurchase BH Liquid Lipstick – Long-Wearing Matte Lipstick Glory?
I love this colour which is why I will keep using this lipstick but I will not repurchase this shade.
