What I like about Bobbi Brown pot Rouge Cabo Coral :

  • I like the shade. It’s a very wearable peachy coral shade. Great for summers.
  • I liked the fact that it can be used both on lips and cheeks.
  • The product in the pot is not gooey or soft. It’s like a hardened cream and it stays this way through out the year.
  • The blush is quite buildable. You can apply it super sheer or build it to  quite a deep colour.
  • It blends well with the skin and looks pretty natural.
  • Just like all cream blushes I find it quite easy to blend.
  • There is a LOT of product in the pot. It’s 11 gm product.
  • It never broke me out.
  • A lot of girls with oily skin also use it so I think the product should work for all skin types.
  • there are 9 shades to pick from Check HERE

What I don’t like about Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge Cabo Coral

  • The blush doesn’t stay on my cheeks all day long. Especially in summers, it disappears after an hour or so..  My NYX cream blush fares much better than this in this respect.
  • I definitely have to use makeup primer on my face to make it last longer or else my skin drinks it up. It’s sort of feels weird because I have dry skin and mostly I don’t feel the need to use a makeup primer.
  • It goes streaky on lips and rather makes my lips super dry.
  • If you don’t use it for a few weeks, the top layer of the blush dries a little.
  • There is a little scent in the blush, which does not bother me when I apply it on cheeks but bothers me when applied on lips.
  • Bobbi Brown products are not available in India.

I have not used other shades but for me Cabo Coral is a pass for me.

I am wearing Bobbi Brown Cabo Coral both on lips and cheeks.

But ofcourse ***Bobbi Brown products are not available in India*** :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep:

  2. Scarlett, the product is meant for both lips and cheeks and its derma tested so you can use it both ways. 🙂 It’s not sticky on lips, it’s just super drying. Yeah it’s too light a lipstick shade for my skintone. :))

  3.

            1. They wanted to send us free products and write a review for their site. We quoted our charges and also sent them this url asking for explanation. We also said that we would order the products from their site and would like to check on it ourselves. Then they said our charges were high and ended it at that.

Also, they get good reviews because they give good deals and also ask bloggers to become affiliates. That is not a bad thing and most bloggers are unsuspecting. I doubt any of the bloggers is competent enough to distinguish between fake and genuine products.

All said and done, the issue of fake products is still unresolved.

              1. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 😯 Thats really!! :(( :(( Isn’t there any cyber police investigating this????? 1. Ummm… Please understand what I am saying- it might be a genuine company altogether and this worry is unnecessary. Only an expert can tell about the genuinity of a product. As long as the issue is undecided it is safer to buy expensive branded products from their stores.

      1. 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

  9. It looks so beautiful in the pot! I love its name- ‘Cabo coral’. It looks nice on your cheeks though a little too nude on your lips. 11 g is a LOT of product!! What have you used on the inner corner of lower lash line Rati..the frosty golden is looking nice. :victory:

    1. Priyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa….how was your weekend? I want to see your pic with hair color and after hair spa!!! :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance:

  10. The color is super, super pretty. There were lots of girls raving about this product for a while over here, but I found it too expensive, and I’m not too into blush. Surprised to know NYX cream blushes last longer! Those I’ve tried. But since BB cabo coral is a pass for you…can I have it? ?:) O:) O:)

      1. yeah got it…I am really shocked!! I’ll stick to Amazon!!! Safe and Best!!! And that night repair is really working well ..all my pimple marks are faded and skin has got much better…so I think I can really trust Amazon sellers !! 😀 😀 😀 😀

          1. Yeah….Actually Amazon does not ship to India..So it is the individual sellers only..but we can check the seller’s reviews too there only.. So far, I’ve only shopped with the sellers who’ve got more than 95% positive reviews. 🙂 And I’ve shopped so many times, that too to my satisfaction that I trust Amazon a lot. Also they are quite quick in replying and their customer service is awesomme, which is handled by Amazon only…and not the sellers!!!!.. :jaiho: :jaiho: :jaiho: :jaiho: You can complain about any seller to Amazon and file a claim. It all gets processed by Amazon. Basically Amazon works as the intermediary, and is really the best in handling deals. This is the main reason, why I shop from Amazon, instead of the seller’s website. It gives that particular protection, security and trust factor that our money is not going to drain!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

              1. yeah!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 In fact, none of the products I’ve bought till date like my canon camera, sony handycam, my laptop, even my huge 13 KG ka piano, and all these cosmetics had ever had any issues. And whenever there happens any delay, I send them a mail and they send appropriate reply!! :)) I am very happy with their service! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: And I always alwayssssss use Amazon gift vouchers for buying stuffs there! It makes things very easy regarding payment and settlement!! 😀 😀 😀 😀

            1. Hmm… I didn’t know about this. I have only ordered books from Amazon so far and pretty satisfied with that. But don’t have much idea about makeup orders. Actually, Rati and I have shifted to ordering very little cosmetics products online, that too from people who have their own products such as Sigma, Coastal Scents, or people on Etsy. Rest we have decided we will ask our friends abroad to buy or we will buy it ourselves when we make a phoren trip.

              1. I couldn’t dare buying things from cherryculture too..even though you guys had nice experience. I read some real bad stories where people didn’t get their stuffs for months elsewhere!! So, I am really :tremble: scared of trying any new website now!! 😛 And know what? Just for the sake of checking my Amazon package, I asked about the same dior lippi at the dior counter here…and it is same….I asked SA to spot the difference, she said its same…but she got confused why I asked that…he he he he!!! 😛 😛 😛 😛

  11. Cali, you dont know the story??i ordered in dec n still not got…but pretty impressed with CC’s good response..they informed that my parcel is with local customs and to wait till this month end and contact them if not got.

  12. hopefully i get it..well nothing much…somehow i had foreseen this issue, n din have the courage to order much…total order costed only around 17$
