Product Description :

This vitamin-enriched Body Butter is a feast for the skin. It melts straight in to leave skin feeling soft and smooth. It contains Community Fair Trade cocoa butter and has a neutral scent.

How to use:

Massage into skin. Be generous! It works even better straight after a bath or shower.
Packaging of The Body Shop Vitamin E Body Butter:
Just like all the body butter of TBS, this also comes in tub with rotating cover. The tub is in super cute pink colour.

My experience with The Body Shop Vitamin E Body Butter:

To begin with, I have extremely dry skin and climate in London is extremely cruel for my skin, thus body butters work wonders for me. I have used many body butter from TBS but this one caught my eyes because this one is never ever on sale *haan ji* you will get all those fruity body butter in sale for 5 pounds but this one you have to pay 13 pounds. Other reason why I picked this one is because I find vitamin E variety of TBS totally irresistible.

The butter is in slight pink colour and is quite thick in consistency. I find this super creamy and is easy to spread out. I use this after my bath, after waxing and even as night cream. It absorbs beautifully on the skin at the apt amount-that is the skin is not oily nor is dry after sometime. This is one that I can vouch for dry skin girls-yes yes this is heavenly nice for them. My friend is pregnant and she uses this on her tummy and she says this is only butter that can satisfy her itching and dryness *pompom*. I also find this as an effective cleanser; I just massage this all over my face and neck and then with cotton pad I clean it off and the work is done :). Smell? Well anyone of you remember the smell of the cream charmis?? Yes it smells just like that- very natural scent that is not at over powering 🙂 I have been using this butter for nearly 6 months now and I just cannot do without it. It gives me pink glow and correct amount of hydration. *happydance*

Pros of The Body Shop Vitamin E Body Butter:

• Provides good hydration up to 8-9 hours.
• Gets absorbs easily and nicely. No greasy or even dry effect.
• Smell is just perfect (for me) neither too strong nor to light.
• Rich creamy and spreadable consistency.
• Makes skin soft and supple.
• Boon for dry skinned beauties.
• Little amount is enough so one tub lasts long.
• Can be used as cleanser as well.
• Loaded with goodness of vitamin E and wheat germ oil.

Cons of The Body Shop Vitamin E Body Butter:

• Tub packing, yup I hope TBS listens to us and improve its packaging. It is so unhygienic to dip in the fingers to take product. 🙁
• Might be expensive for some; because other body butter from TBS is available at nearly half price.
• It is a strict *nonono* for oily skin ladies.

IMBB Rating :

4.5/5
