Boots Fragrance Free Cleansing Wipes will gently remove makeup and impurities from the face, neck and eyes, leaving your skin feeling soft, smooth and thoroughly cleansed. Directions For Use:

Peel back the adhesive strip, remove Cleansing Wipe and reseal immediately. Gently wipe over the face, nack and eyes, keeping eyes closed. Dispose of used wipe in a bin. Do not flush.

This product has been formulated for all skin types but in rare cases may cause an adverse reaction. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

My Experience with Boots Fragrance Free Cleansing Wipes:

I picked up a pack of these wipes a couple of weeks ago. I have previously used makeup removing/cleansing wipes from Neutrogena and quite liked them. However, on a regular basis, I prefer to remove my makeup with virgin coconut oil. It makes me feel a lot better to do so because coconut oil is hydrating, gentle and effective, and most importantly, very pure and natural. But there are of course days when I am very tired at the end of the day or when I’m travelling (and not carrying any coconut oil) and all I need is one step, quick way to remove all my makeup and clean my face. That’s when these wipes really come in handy.

I wouldn’t recommend using makeup removing or cleansing wipes on a regular basis because they are packed with chemicals and they may not be the best things to use on your face all the time. However, for occasions, these are excellent.

These wipes from Boots are very impressive. At a very reasonable price, I find that they are both gentle and effective. They remove pretty much all traces of makeup on my face. I don’t use waterproof mascara, so I can’t say whether these wipes are effective at removing that. But other than that, I have used these to take off eye makeup, regular mascara, foundation, concealer, sunscreen, lipstick etc. These don’t irritate my skin or eyes at all.

While you can just be done after using these wipes, I usually go ahead and cleanse my face with my facial cleanser and follow up with toner and moisturiser. However, if you’re really rushed or really tired, these wipes are good enough to leave your skin soft and cleansed. They are not ultra hydrating or anything, but they certainly won’t dry your skin out.

These wipes come with resealable packaging, which is very convenient. The size of each wipe is also very good and enough to cleanse your face and neck very well, even when you’re wearing heavy makeup.

It’s great that these are fragrance free (you also get them in cucumber and lavender variants, if I’m not mistaken), so they’re very good for sensitive skin.

Overall, I think that this pack of wipes will give you good value for money and will come in handy.

• These contain parabens and lots of other chemicals.

My Verdict on Boots Fragrance Free Cleansing Wipes:

I quite like these cleansing wipes from Boots. They are gentle, effective and very reasonably priced. Superb for travel.
