I hope everyone is doing well. I have been so busy and did not get time to write a review, but finally, I have squeezed in some time. So today, I will be reviewing Boots Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner. I am actually not a fan of using toners. Even with all the hype going on about using toners, I do not use them in my skin care regime. The Boots Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner is perfect for me. After using this toner, I do feel the necessity of including it in skin care regimen. Read on to know more about this toner and I hope this review helps you in choosing a toner.

My Experience With Boots Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner :

Let me talk about my skin first, I have very oily and sensitive skin with constant breakouts. It scares me to experiment with new products. Products that are meant for sensitive or acne-prone skin are in my comfort zone. I have tried a few toners and I am not quite impressed.

I have very sensitive and oily skin and have always found that toners either make my skin too oily or give me breakouts and clog my pores causing blackheads. I am sceptical about using toners because of my skin type, but when I got this toner, I fell in love with it.

This toner claims to be a gentle refreshing toner and it fulfills all its claims. It is like using water on the skin. It gets absorbed into the skin so well and hydrates the skin perfectly without making it look oily. I feel it gives the perfect amount of moisture needed for an oily skin like mine. It also gives a refreshed feeling and has no fragrance at all.

I find that this toner gives a healthy glow to my skin. You just have to use very little amount of the product to get the job done. I did try to remove my makeup with this and it worked well as a makeup remover too.

The packaging is very simple and sturdy. It comes in a plastic bottle without any special dispenser, just a normal opening. The drawback is that the bottle is too huge to carry around and the cap is not very sturdy. This toner may not be very suitable for those with dry skin, but again, it depends on your preference.

Pros of Boots Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner :

• Has no fragrance.
• No added colour.
• Refreshes the skin.
• Can be used as a makeup remover.

Cons of Boots Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner :

• Has parabens.
• Packaging not travel friendly.
• Not suitable for dry skin.

Conclusion:
Boots Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner is meant for oily and sensitive skin. It gives the right amount of moisture, refreshing the skin and giving it a healthy glow. It can also be used as a makeup remover. This toner will not be suitable for dry skin.

I would buy this product again because it keeps my skin well hydrated and gives a healthy glow without clogging the pores or causing breakouts. I also use it as a makeup remover.
