The search for a good kajal pencil never ends! I always search for good pencils. I came across this product while browsing an online beauty store and decided to give it a try.

My Experience with Bourjois Atomic Black Contour Clubbing Waterproof Eye Pencil:

Packaging: This eye pencil comes in a wooden body which is black in color and has silver shimmer printed on it with metallic blue accents. The packaging looks very chic. The cap is black in color too and fits snugly. There aren’t many details about the product mentioned, but I like that it is sleek and travel friendly.

Color/Pigmentation: “Atomic Black” is an intense black shade. It has silver shimmer to it, but they aren’t visible unless you smudge it.  The shimmer isn’t much noticeable. Even on the eyes, you cannot see the shimmer. The pigmentation is insane. One stroke and you get an intense deep black shade. So far, I’m loving it!

Texture: The texture is very creamy and smooth. It glides on very easily on the waterline, even on the lids. I love creamy kajals that don’t poke you in the eye, even with sharp tips. It doesn’t tug or pull. You will love the application of this kajal!

Staying Power: It stays for 7-8 hours. On the hand, it will smudge, but once on the eyes, it won’t smudge. You have to let it set for a minute or two. After that, it won’t smudge or spread. It won’t accumulate in your inner/outer corners of the eye too! It’s a great pencil! About being waterproof, yes it is resistant to water. You have to remove this with a good cleanser or oil.
