A Quick Update on Bourjois Manicure Toppings

bourjois-manicure-toppings

I think I get way too excited about things too early. I saw these Bourjois Manicure Toppings at the counter and I thought of caviar nails and totally hopped at the opportunity of making my nails looks uber fun! These turned out to be quite disappointing honestly. πŸ™ I used a base and a top coat both to apply these and within 2 days you’d be able to see the result below. And these are tough to get rid off. I mean they come off with your regular nail paint remover but girl, you need some patience to get rid of these. Since I have these, I guess I’d use these only on my ring finger. But you have been warned. These could be quite frustrating. These also get stuck to lacey and satiny clothes.

Price : Rs 795/-

On Day 1 :

  1. This looks super pretty.. have you tried flocked nails… give it a try I think you’d love them…

Caviar manicure and glitter polishes could be really difficult to take off so a small tip here… take polish remover on cotton, place it on your nails and wrap an aluminium foil around your nails for like 4-5 mins… well I think 2-3mins would be enough too.. and then just take off the foil and swipe and take off the cotton…

  2. OMG!!! 795 bucks, and this is the result *shock* *shock* *shock* Bourjois *spank* *spank* *spank* ,trully disappointing. *nababana* *nababana* *nababana*

    1. Rati you know yesterday I busted one blogger of stealing pics from another blogger to use them for her review…she had cut the pics to remove the watermark and used them shamelessly *smack* I wonder how people start to blog yet remain so illiterate of the copyright laws *hihi*

  8. I was pretty excited about this, guess this is just one of those momentary things. Would rather go for stick on nail art stuff as this seems quite costly as well.

  9. I think such toppings are designed to last only for an evening say when you have to attend an event or a party… Such toppings might really not last for even couple of days…
