Today I am reviewing a really fun and innovative product which was gifted to me a few days ago. I am typically not a fan of lip glosses, but I liked this one a lot.

My Experience With Buxom Full-On Lip Cream in Mai Thai:
Claims: A creamy, no-shimmer lip gloss with a tingling, plumping effect. No shimmer or glimmer—just creamy, glass-smooth gloss, decadent color, intoxicating shine, and famous tingle for a gentle plumping effect. Encapsulated hyaluronic spheres infuse lips with moisture while vitamins A and E help keep them supple, protected, and extra kissable.
Packaging: The lip gloss comes in a tube with a wand. The tube has a matte finish and has the letters Buxom written on it in silver lettering. The cap is also a pretty silver color. The tube has a wand with a regular sponge tip which picks up the right amount of product. The tube feels quite heavy. It definitely feels like a luxury product.
Texture: The product is quite creamy and it has absolutely no shimmer or glitter. It has an absolutely matte effect. It is a little sticky, but definitely something I can deal with. When I first apply it on my lips there is a minty, tingly sensation. It is quite pronounced and it feels that way for an hour at least. When I use this for 2-3 days continuously, I can see a slight plumping effect on my lips. However, there is no defined taste or smell.
Pigmentation: This is described as a “vivid coral”. While it is a definite coral shade, I am not quite sure about the vivid part. In the swatch, it looks like a pretty orange, but on my lips, it is a light subtle orange. However, I am still very impressed by this. It gives a nice subtle orange to my lips. If you are scared of trying out orange lip products, definitely give this a shot, it might be good for people who are scared of trying a bright orange lip. It lasts on me for about 3 hours, after which it fades. It will not survive meals or food.
This definitely moisturizes my lips and makes it look fuller. If orange is not your thing, there are around 15 shades to choose from. There is something in it for everyone. These are also available in a non-matte version that is glossier and has shimmer. I hate anything with shimmer or glitter in it so I picked this one. If you want to intensify the color, I suggest you layer it on top of another lip product.

• It is not intense pigment

Conclusion:
As a standalone gloss, I still love it even though it has very less pigment. This is one of the most unique lip glosses I own, with the tingly, mintiness going on and I always keep it handy to top off my lips. I am considering getting a nude one soon.
