Chambor 800 Glitzy Gloss Crystal Review

Starting off with the Chambor Glitzy Gloss range which I picked up in my recent haul. I have picked 4 newly launched shades and here is the review of the most sheer shade of the lot in no. 800. Read on to know more details about the product.

My Experience with Chambor 800 Glitzy Gloss Crystal:-

Chambor really stands out when it comes to packaging. The outer paper carton has all the information about the product and the face of the outer cover is hologram styled. The shade number is mentioned on the top of the paper carton. The lip gloss tube is smart and handy. Not too long or chubby, to take space in your pouch. The shade number is mentioned at the bottom of the tube. The applicator is typical sponge tip; I was expecting Chambor to work on that as one dip does not pick enough gloss for single application.

The texture is smooth and supple; does not sit on the fine lines thus giving and even finish look. It is not at all sticky which is a big pro when it comes to glosses. There is a typical sweet smell to the gloss which is slightly bothersome, but it vanishes after a while. It moisturizes the lips and even after the glossiness vanishes the lips remain hydrated.

This particular shade is yellowish white with lots of micro shimmer. It can be used on top of any lip color to give the extra oomph to the shade. As the shade is slightly warm toned I prefer using it on top of warm toned lip colors. It was not possible to show the color on my bare lips, so I used a nude liner as base to show you the glossy effect of the shade.

The staying power is average, ranging between 3-4 hours with snacks and drinks. When used with a liner the staying power improves a bit for sure. Thankfully the shimmers do not travel all over the face once the color starts to fade, which would have been awful. Though the color disappears after a while, there is a moisturizing effect left behind which is good for dry lips.
