Chambor #805 Glitzy Gloss Crystal Lip Gloss Review

Today I’ll be reviewing a lip gloss that I got from Chambor. I have used Chambor’s skin care products a while ago and I was really impressed with it. Let’s see if the makeup impresses me or not!

My Experience with Chambor #805 Glitzy Gloss Crystal Lip Gloss:

Packaging: This glitzy gloss comes in a dark blue cardboard box which is shimmery in the front and matte at the back. The sides have all the information related to the product. These lip glosses do not have any name to them. They are referred by the shade numbers which I am not very fond of. The lip-gloss comes in a rectangular tube which is transparent so that you can see the shade of the gloss and can be spotted easily. It also has some metal details which makes the gloss look quite classy. The cap closes quickly in two rounds. It has a doe foot applicator which takes out very little gloss from the tube. It can be quite irritating having to dip the wand in the tube multiple times if you are opting for a bold lip. But when you are in a hurry and you just want some color or shine to the lips, this comes in very handy. This tube is convenient for travels as it is sturdy.

Color/Pigmentation: I wasn’t too excited about the color when I received it but when I swatched it, it looked really nice. The color is a warm brown shade which gravitates a little towards orange. It has extremely fine shimmer to it which doesn’t look gaudy, but looks very subtle. The shade comes off as a sheer gloss and will look good on top of a lipstick or even when you just want something to put on your lips that isn’t bold or anything like that. If worn sheer it is a perfect MLBB shade for Indian skin tones. I adore the way it looks when worn as is. This is the perfect shade when you want to tone down a bold lipstick.

Texture: This gloss is super creamy and glossy. It is just a teeny tiny bit sticky, but that is fine by me. It applies very evenly on the lips and doesn’t bleed or anything. The shimmers in it make your lips appear fuller. It doesn’t tug or pull. It glides on super easily. It moisturizes the lips very well and when I remove it, it doesn’t dry out my lips.

Staying Power: It stays on your lips for about 4 hours. It does fade a little bit with light meals. But when it fades, it does not leave any shimmer behind.

Smell/Taste: I really love the fragrance of this gloss. It smells like an expensive perfume in my opinion. I absolutely love the fragrance of it. It is mildly sweet and very sophisticated. If I ever get a similar perfume, I’m going to grab it straight away! It doesn’t have any taste though.

• Pricey.
• Shades do not have a name.
