My Experience with Chambor Orosa Berry Crush #553 Lip Perfection Lipstick:
The packaging was the first aspect that stole my heart. The gorgeous red outer paper carton with the detailed information and the rose-gold bullet was oh-so-gorgeous! The absolutely luxurious look with the name and number at the base of the lipstick was an addition to the beauty. The outer carton does not have the name of the color though, I don’t know why. The cap shuts with a click and hence it can be carried around in the makeup pouch easily. I have heard people complaining about the bullet coming off the base, but thankfully, I did not face any such issue so far.
The texture is every creamy lipstick lover’s dream come true. It glides on the lips like butter and the creaminess takes care of the dry patches on the lips, if any. It is very forgiving in terms of texture. The pigmentation is wow, one swipe gives enough color to cover the pigmentation on the lips; two swipes would just be gorgeous. The color feels light on the lips and there is no need of a lip liner beneath.
This is one of the most beautiful shades from the whole range. It is both unique and wearable at the same time. The hue is so pretty that it would suit a lot of skin tones and age groups. It is a beautiful pink with mauve undertones that would brighten up the face in one swipe. It might look as a very common shade but the undertones make it unique.
The staying power depends on the food/fluid intake. It lasted on me for about 4 hours without any fading but with only water. When I munch on some snacks, it starts fading evenly from the middle of the lower lip. As the texture is so beautiful, I do not mind reapplying. Also, there is a mild minty feeling initially upon application which lasts for about a minute or two and then goes away.
