You know how I have been a fan of these Powder mattes, well the earlier ones were very creamy, but with time I noticed that chambor powder mattes had become so rubbery, there is no real layer but you feel like swiping it on and on to get some color.This one again is one such color, it feels rubbery and not as creamy as the earlier shades rose fresque etc.

Now they have changed the packaging no doubt but these rubbery dull packaging are really not worth the lipstick that is inside. The packaging click locks and you can carry it around. The numbering and naming is a nice feature, all lipsticks have a name.

This color is a very blue-based mauve , well, it also looks a brown mauve but it is on the very dark side and the shade is a plum, berry blue kind of shade.There is no sheen to it, but it is a very thick cakey kind of lipstick, no not as creamy as the earlier shades I had but this one feels rubbery, there is no real color or layer coming off, even when you swipe it on like thrice.

The color due to this feeling gets layered on and then looks powder matte and very dry and cakey…as a result it looks like it has settled in the lip lines, lips feel heavy, not really dry but yes dry lips will find it very dry.The lips do not look good when you swipe it on and on and look like a thick layer of color is on even though I am not a fan of sheer lipsticks but this did not impress me.

The color is flattering to all blue toned lipstick lovers, and cool skin tones.This is very dark and paring it with line of simple eye liner is good.The staying power is good but it will get patchy and dry with time. This could make you look darker if you wear this with some dark clothes, my recommendation of this color is to only fair and cool toned skin.Overall a miss for me.
