Chanel Rouge Allure lipstick comes in a classic black scratch proof casing. There is the signature interlocked C engraved at the bottom of the case.
The packaging is quite different. The lipstick is the golden part, which completely fits inside the black cover.
You press the golden base of the lipstick..
and the cute lipstick tube comes out.
Shades Available :
The shade Genial is a bright coral pink colour. It’s not one of the shades that would not look good on most complexions and also the kinds that would require minimal eye and cheeks makeup. Because when Genial is on your lips, everything else tends to fall flat.
The texture of the lipstick is creamy, it stays on for long, is moisturizing and does not bleed or feather on your lips.It does wear off to a large extent after a full meal.
It has a silky texture and has a faint rosy smell to it.
Despite all the good things about this lipstick, I didn’t fall in love with it for a long time. Every time I used to apply this lipstick, my lips used to have that lipstick-bleeding kind of look to them . I tried to wear it with different looks but there was something wrong that I wasn’t able to figure out.
A few days back Rima was telling me about her YSL lipstick and her description of the texture was quite similar to the Chanel Rouge Allure. She mentioned that since the lipstick is so creamy, the right way to apply it is to dab it on your lips than to swipe it like a regular lipstick.
I thought okay may be I’ll try that as well..
And Voila!!!
It worked.The application came even. It didn’t look as if the color was feathering or bleeding. It was the exactly way I wanted it to look. 
The application completely changed the look of the lipstick.
I have worn this color a few times now and I completely love it.
And here is me wearing. I have worn it lightly for the day but you can brighten it up and completely to rock it during your evenings as well.

Although this is not everyone shade, the main Chanel Boutique here is left with only one or two pieces of this shade. Who would believe that?

You can pick one from the color sensational range. It wouldn’t hurt you too much if you don’t get t use it that often.
