My Experience with Charlotte Tilbury The Queen Matte Revolution Lipstick:

This lipstick comes housed in a rose gold tube which would look stunning in your vanity or the dressing table. It has a vintage feel to it. The CT logo is embossed on the top of the cap and the shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the tube. The totally feel luxurious and classy.

“The Queen” belongs to Charlotte Tilbury’s iconic “Matte Revolution” range. I absolutely adore this formula. It looks matte, is hydrating, and feels comfortable on the lips. Most importantly, it lasts for a very long time on the lips. “The Queen” is a stunning rosy jewel pink color which will look absolutely stunning on anyone, on all skin tones. It is a bold, classy, and sophisticated color. I am in love with this shade! The finish is semi matte and the formula is comfortable and non drying.

This lipstick is nicely pigmented. It does not feather or bleed and comes out opaque in just one swipe. The full color gets deposited in one swipe. The staying power is impressive with 5.5 hours and leaves a beautiful stain behind though it fades away after a heavy meal.

The lipstick bullet is sturdy enough and would not come off its base easily. During application, it does not tug or pull on the lips. It’s quite forgiving on dry lips and you would not need to exfoliate your lips prior to application.

As I have mentioned before, it would suit all skin tones – dark, fair, medium, etc.

You can even sport this shade to office if you just dab it on the lips instead of applying it in its full glory. You can sport it with neutral eye makeup.

The shape of the bullet is square cut and it aids in precise application. You would not need a lip brush because it applies easily and would not a lip liner beneath.
