Clarins Pure and Radiant Mask with Pink Clay Review

Clarins Pure and Radiant Mask with Pink Clay

Hello People! It’s after really long that I am writing a blog post for IMBB. So want to start with something I am really fond of.

What the website says
Deep-purifying mask — with refreshing Pink Clay and Alpine Willow Herb — cleans, tightens and refines pores with a fresh matte result in just 5 minutes. Softens, smoothes and comforts irritated skin with Linden extract. Non-drying texture rinses easily and is suitable for the most sensitive skin.

What I love about the product
I normally never spend that kind of money for something like a face mask. But it was a desperate last minute thing. I had just seen Lisa Eldridge’s video on how to protect your skin from the drying air of the airplane a night before I had to get on an 8 hour long flight. So, purchased this first thing I got inside Heathrow.

Basically, I wanted something that was really clear and wouldn’t show on my skin when I apply it inside the plane. The idea was to make the long flight an extended spa session by reapplying after every hour or so to retain my skins moisture. I told the SA exactly that, she showed me two face masks. One was this and another one absolutely clear but then she insisted I buy this as it was more suitable for younger skin. She told me to apply half a pea size on my entire face and it wouldn’t show. So I got on the plane and started with my process when the seat belt sign was turned off. I applied exactly the amount she said and it perfectly fine.

The mask has a very smooth texture, seems more like a moisturiser cream and also glides on your face like one. Has a pleasant smell. But after a couple of hour as it got layered on, it started to form a whitish cast but that’s totally ok when you’re at home. In the plane ofcourse I washed my face once after 3-4 hours and I was good all the way to Delhi and I was amazed at how it transformed my skin. I reached home and everyone was like how radiant and glowing I look and I know how dehydrate my skin was, due to cold London ‘Summer’.

This is one pea size product on my hand. Recommended amount when applying at home. 🙂

Verdict
I would highly recommend this for anyone who has normal to oily and the skin is dehydrate, this sounds strange but it does happen. Even though the instruction say that it should be applied 5 minutes but the SA told me you can also apply it and sleep and wakeup with supple skin. I have done that a lot of time and works beautifully. Even people with oily skin ned’nt worry!

Would it recommend this to anyone?
Well I think I have already to a lot of friends and family.
