Clean & Clear Deep Action Oil Control Face Wash Review

Clean and clear is my all time favorite brand. Last few months I have using their Neem and Lemon Pimple Clearing Face Wash. I am so happy with that. So I take a try with this product too. This is an oil control face wash. I always want an oil control face wash which suits for my acne also. This is such an amazing product for me. Now I will review the product for you.

My Experience With Clean & Clear Deep Action Oil Control Face Wash:

My skin is actually too oily in summer days but in the other season they trendy to convert in a sensitive & combination skin. So for me chose a perfect face wash is a big factor. I generally like neem face washes. I am a fan of clean and clear rang. This is a new pick for me. The product’s description attracts me a lot. It says that it can control oil up to 8 hours. Like their all products it is also won’t clog pores. Clean and clear deep action oil control face wash is really a cheap prices face wash. It’s very affordable and easily find in any local store.

Face wash comes with a blue and white tube packaging. I like tube packaging more over the bottle. It has a flip flop transparent cap. This light weighted product is compact and easy to carry in your purse. Product comes with a seal packaging, I like this part. Generally maximum face wash are not a sealed products. I like this tube. 🙂

The texture of the product is really creamy white and opaque. It looks like a foaming face washes. I am little confused that how can a foaming face wash suit for an oily skin. But it works decently. The consistency of this product is really thick. You only need a small amount to put up lather. It can lather well with tinny amount of products. I can also lather this with a face sponge in a well manner. And it rinse quickly. It doesn’t take lots of water, easy to use. The fragrance is mild and suitable for all. I like this smell. Smell doesn’t stay but it is not an issue. I like to use this in the morning. I feel a soft matte finish after rinse the face wash. My skin looks clean and oil free. It can add an instant freshness to my dull skin. I never feel dryness after use this. It gives a smooth healthy texture. It can also remove mild makeup. I didn’t really feel that it removed all my makeup like it clam. Also it doesn’t clean like squeaky clean. There is no extra glow noticeable by me. But it looks fresh.

I don’t think it keeps the face oil free for 8 hours like it claims. It controls oil secretion for about 3-4 hours after that time period my T zone gets oily. I also use an oil free moisturizer after use this. Both keep my face oil free for few hours. It never breaks me out. It suits well for sensitive skin. I feel little heavy for my oily face. My skin feels suffocated for some time, like after applying a Pond’s White Beauty Daily Spot-less Lightening Cream. I think it feel like that only for the thick foaming texture. That’s why I like a gel face washes over this creamy foaming face wash. But this feeling doesn’t stay long. After 10 min or after applying a moisturizer you feel the soft texture of your skin. It is great for combination skin. Oily skinned people sometimes hate this heavy texture.

Overall this is a great oil control face wash. It cleans my skin decently and control oil for a good time period. I can feel my oil free skin. It can make skin matte for a while. Dry skinned people stay away from this face wash. I am not so much impressed with this but I like this oil control factor. Basically I need it. 🙂

• Does not remove make-up completely as it clams.
• Does not give a squeaky clean feeling.
• Foaming texture feels little heavy on my skin, Skin feels suffocated.
• It can’t control oil up to 8hrs. False claim.

Would I Repurchase/ Recommend Clean & Clear Deep Action Oil Control Face Wash?
Though it can’t reach the high level expectation what they claim still I love this product. This is good oil controlling face wash. Oily to combination skinned people definitely take a try of this product.
