My Experience with Clean and Clear Morning Burst Fruit Infusions Reviving Cleanser:

Clean and Clear have brand new “Morning Burst” cleansers called “Fruit Infusions.” These supposedly have real infusions of fruit and are available in three “flavors.” Let’s take a look at the Clean and Clear Morning Burst Fruit Infusions Reviving Cleanser with real Pomegranate!

This comes in a cute little bottle which is newer packaging for Clean and Clear as compared to the usual square bottle. Not only is the packaging quite cute, but it’s also an Oz. bigger than the normal range of cleansers from the brand. The larger size does come with a larger price tag and in most cases, it’s about $1 more than what you would have paid for their normal cleansers.

The cleanser has a cheery, sweet scent. The passion fruit seems to dominate here and you get a little tartness from the pomegranate, but not an awful lot. It’s kind of tart, sweet scent, that does have a very slight dish detergent thing going on, but don’t let that sway you as overall, the scent is very nice, so long as you aren’t sensitive to fragrance in your product.

The formula is a thick gel-like texture which has smaller beads in the mix or strawberry seeds as Clean and Clear is calling them. These are not bursting beads and you do not get a lot of them during use, so its not enough for exfoliation either. You will get hardly 1 or 2 small little seeds in one pump, which is totally insignificant. I am wondering why they even bothered to put them in since it serves absolutely no purpose.

After using this cleanser, I feel like my face has a nice squeaky clean feel with very minimal tightness, so I am not left with dry, flaky skin.  As far as reviving, the scent might be fresh and revitalizing, but my dull and tired skin doesn’t look particularly perky after use.

Final Thoughts:

Clean and Clear Morning Burst Fruit Infusions Reviving Cleanser seems to me like a basic cleanser. Personally, the novelty for me, would be the scent of the product. I think I am instantly attracted and tempted by skin care that promises a fruity experience! If you are sensitive to fragrance in your skin care, you will probably want to avoid this, but I like scented skin care, so I am cool with this. It’s a pretty basic cleanser that will work in the shower in the AM, but not necessarily something you would want to use to remove heavier makeup in the evening. I liked it well enough.

• Very little quantity of strawberry seeds, serves no purpose.
