Today, I have another blush for you all; and this one is getting lot of love from me nowadays. This blush is from Clinique Powder Blush range and the quality and my experience is entirely different from the other Clinique blush that I own – Clinique Cheek Pop Blush Peach Pop. The blush is very beautiful and I don’t see any other blush in my stash nowadays. 😉

My Experience with Clinique Precious Posy Blushing Blush Powder Blush:

Packaging:  Clinique Blushing Blush Powder Blush in “Precious Posy” comes in a very sturdy rectangular case. It contains a pretty angled brush for touch ups and a good-sized mirror. The brush is soft and good, though it does shed a bit, but it is the best complementary brush I have seen with this blush. The case comes packaged in a typical flowery Clinique cardboard box which contains all the details about the product.

Clinique describes “Precious Posy” as an energetic pink peach with gold pearl, and this is a perfect description. The shade is really pretty and a true pinky peach-coral color.  It has golden shimmer in it which is very minute and finely milled. The shimmer in it gives a beautiful sheen and makes me glow-y. 😉 It is not over the top and can be worn during the daytime as well.

The product gets picked up easily and there is no fallout. It works with almost every brush. I have used ELF Powder Brush, Sephora Collection Multi-Tasker Brush, Bare Minerals Blooming Blush Brush, and every brush picks up and applies the product beautifully.

The blush is nicely pigmented and shows up beautifully on my skin. It is silky smooth and just glides on my skin and blends beautifully. I do not have to work hard with the product, it is very easy to blend, and goes with anything, yeah, with anything and everything. I see myself wearing this shade almost every day now. 🙂 It gives me that healthy glow. This blush can be built up as required, a slight touch gives me that “just pinched” cheeks and the color can be worn with a heavy hand as well. It never looks odd or over the top.

This blush shade will work on many skin tones and will complement Indian skin tones very well. Staying power is good too. It stays on my skin for around 7-8 hours; however, the intensity decreases after around 4-5 hours or so.
