The sale season is on and I am going to become bankrupt pretty soon. You know what, I keep dreaming about the products that I was eyeing and it gives me headaches that I didn’t buy them. This gets cured when I finally tell myself, “Sayli, you really need it.” I go and do some shopping and the headaches gets vanished. I wonder is it just me or this happens with others as well!

So, as you guys know I am bringing to you the reviews on my latest possession of Coastal Scents Eye Shadow Pots, here is another one of it. Coastal Scents Fantasy Isle Hot Pot.

A majestic turquoise hue with a shimmer finish. A 1-inch metal pan that contains a highly pigmented eye shadow for multiple applications. Each Coastal Scents Hot Pot™ fits snugly into one of the Go Pod, 4 Piece, 12 Piece, and 28 Piece Interchangeable Palettes. These custom palettes contain magnets in soft foam padding which attract the metal pan of the Hot Pot™. This allows you to completely customize your palette to create any look by simply adding interchangeable Hot Pots™ from the vast collection of shades, hues, and finishes.

My Experience with Coastal Scents Fantasy Isle Hot Pot:

This eye shadow comes in an one inch metal pan, 2.5 cm in diameter, packed in a re-open able hard plastic case.

Fantasy Isle is a bright turquoise with silver undertones. It is extremely soft in texture. I think it is one of the softest from the range. It is also very smooth in application. There are no shimmer particles in it, but due to its silver undertones, it shines especially under the sun and under lights. It has a shimmery finish to it.

The pigmentation is crazy. Even a single swipe does complete justice to the color. But, one can use multiple swipes to build up the color. Also, it blends effortlessly with other colors. I tried doing a blue smokey eye with this shade and trust me it looks amazing.

The staying power is also very good. It lasts up to six hours, after which it fades away. I don’t like the fact that it fades unevenly. But, no one can complain because it’s a gorgeous shade. It won’t crease even on oily lids. This color is a total party product. It could look a little over-the-top for daytime, as it has shimmery finish and shines in light, but it’s upto you if you want to use it for day-look.

I just love this shade with all my heart. It’s so bright and fresh and has a youthful appeal. It leaves you completely energized..
