So today, let’s continue with the review of one more eye shadow from the Coastal Scents collection. Coastal Scents Eye Shadow Pot – Watermelon HP-ME16.

My Experience with Coastal Scents Watermelon Hot Pot:

Watermelon is a nice, mild red that has silver undertones. It actually resembles a color very similar to a watermelon. There are slight shimmer particles in it as it has a shimmery touch to it. Although, these shimmer particles are not very clearly visible, they do give a pleasant shimmer to the eyes. The texture of Watermelon is very soft and smooth. The finishing is very smooth. It is very easily blendable with other shades.

The pigmentation is also very good. Just one swipe gives complete justice to the color. It is also easy to build up the color with multiple swipes. The staying power is really good. It stayed on for almost 6 hours without primer after which it started fading off. But, it leaves a soft shimmery pink stain after fading. It is not chalky, but yes, it will crease on oily eye lids and might look patchy on them too. This shade looks very pretty with gold and copper combinations.
