I purchased a lot of everyday wear lipsticks from Collection Makeup. You can check out some shiny versions of the same range on IMBB like Tropical Sunset. They have a matte range with a matte packaging, like today’s shade “Paper Rose.” This lipstick, though nice and matte, is a very milky pink for my skin tone.

My Experience with Collection Paper Rose Lasting Colour Lipstick:
The other shade that I had reviewed earlier (“Pink Diva”) is a slightly deeper pink than this one. Paper Rose unfortunately is a very light pink and washes me out. This can be a very nice light pink shade for lighter and pink-toned skin.
The texture is not buttery, but once you swipe it, you can build it easily. The finish is very powder matte, no doubt. This lipstick gets into the lip lines and gets cakey.
Flaky lips should totally avoid this matte range. It is not moisturizing due to its powder matte formula. Lasting power is very nice since it hardly transfers, being so matte.
Pros of Collection Paper Rose Lasting Colour Lipstick:

- Lasts very well.
- Good shades on offer.
- Affordable.
Cons of Collection Paper Rose Lasting Colour Lipstick:
- Can be very drying.
- Very light milky shade for warm skin tones.
- Could have been more creamy.
Would I Recommend/Repurchase Collection Paper Rose Lasting Colour Lipstick?
Not this shade, but the range has some matte and glossy shades on offer to choose from.
