What I love about Colorbar Waterproof Lip Liner?

  • It’s a pretty colour. A muted matte pink shade that I can wear under almost all my lipsticks.
  • It does not make my  lips dry.
  • It has a good staying power and it makes my lipsticks last longer.
  • I quite like the packaging. The ends of the pencils are coloured with the same shade as the lip pencil , it make it easier to locate.
  • It’s water proof. icon razz Colorbar Lip Pencil Review
  • I can just top it with a clear gloss and use it as a lipstick also.
  • I :inlove:  the pricing.

Colorbar Lip Pencil Review What I don’t like about Colorbar Waterproof Lip Pencil?

  • I find the pencil a little hard. I wish it was creamier and easy to glide. It glides well when I have balmed my lips but otherwise I find that it gets difficult to glide on my lips.
  • I am not a bog fan of retractable pencils. I keep breaking the tip of my pencil atleast once a month. :silly:

Other than that I think they are okayish pencils. Nothing that you would enjoy using nor you would regret buying. And here it is on my lips. I have no clue how to take pics of the lips. Trying to learn icon razz Colorbar Lip Pencil Review

Have you used Colorbar Lip Pencil?

A big thank you to all the people who purchased from yesterday’s sale. And sorry to those who could not benefit from it. I thought that the sale would go on for a week. I had no clue that things would wrap up with two and a half hours only. icon razz Colorbar Lip Pencil Review However the brand new lipstick from Bourjois from Poornima’s sale is still available. You may purchase it if you want. icon smile Colorbar Lip Pencil Review Go: Indian Makeup and Beauty Blog Sale

i just looove retractable pencils! i don’t like the ones that have to be sharpened because i keep feeling guilty over how much (or little!) product i’m wasting in the sharpening process. plus with a retractable pencil, the product can be used till the very end. lovely colour, lovelier price and the loveliest lips.

I am never able to use any retractable pencils till the end. I like the clean sharpened feel of the pencils. :)

Thank you so much. :)

no idea girlie…looks like colorbar has a very slow market here.

And I feel bad to say this, but wherever they have the counter, the maintenance is too bad.the way they have displayed n all, which makes a new customer reluctant to even approach it :-(

Aaand..the only thing you get to hear is “Ma’m that colour is out of stock, this model is out of stock”

Ask them when it would come..if its mid week, they would say: “Ma’m next week, by monday it will be here”..sigh :struggle:

Our Indian cosmetic companies need to get more organized. i mean if they can;t control the sales within India, how would they ever go international. This lip pencil is around since so many years now, it should have ben easily available by now. :loser:

I have kind of lost faith in chambor . Two products that i had were not that great so now I am a little skeptical about buying anything from the brand. But since you have mentioned, I’ll take a look at them again. :)

Thank you. :)

Thank you, Vidhya. I don’t use lip plumpers at all. I have tiny lips but I do nothing about making them look big or anything. :P

HI Rati! Thanks for stopping by earlier :D

This shade looks so pretty on your lips! Even I find that retractable pencils break easily. All my Mac ones are out of the base :-( (

Good price though!

Hey I have this in nude Pink, True Red and Rich Coca… I know wht u mean by the pencils not being creamier.. :-(
It’s just that I think their lasting and holding powert is more because they are slightly sticky.. :-)
And they break b’coz they are hard… So it is like you win some and lose some!!!

@ Palak… Glide on is good if you want lip liner and lip colour rolled in one. Colorbar one can look a bit bland on its own. Chambor also makes good lip pencils. :-*

Oh my!! thanks Anamika. :)

I am also not into lip liners much. Just lazy about applying them. But i just keep one or two for the days when I am not using matte lipsticks or when I have a long day ahead. :)
