Rub an ice cube all over your face and neck and let it dry before you apply your makeup. Even I face the same problem and there seems to be no perfect solution 🙁
You could try facial antiperspirants but they aren’t available in India..you have to buy them online or ask someone to get it for you.
rubbing ice cube will help. use a toner before putting the makeup or any pore-reducing serum. But I suggest do not use any comedogenic sweat control product. it will only spoil the texture of skin bcoz sweating is an excreting activity when your toxins are removed. It may not be pleassant to eyes. but its healthy to sweat.
I do face the same problem but i think there is hardly any solution to this, just keep your compact ready at hand for anytime touch-up.
