Dabur Gulabari Pearl Fairness Moisturizer Review

Hello beauties!!!

Today I am here to review Dabur Gulabari Pearl Fairness Moisturizer. I am a fan of Dabur’s Gulabari range. The pink cold cream and Gulabjal are simply too good. The other day I saw this on an online shopping website and immediately ordered it. Read on to find out how this one has fared.

Product Claims:

Dabur Gulabari Pearl Fairness Moisturizer with Saffron and Turmeric is enriched with-
Pearl extracts- Give your skin a pearl like glow.
Saffron- Traditionally known to lighten skin tone.
Turmeric- With anti-blemish properties.

INR 40 for 50ml (Actual MRP is INR 50 but there is an introductory offer of INR 10 off.)

Two years.

My experience with Dabur Gulabari Pearl Fairness Moisturizer:

Dabur Gulabari Pearl Fairness Moisturizer does a decent job according to me. The packaging is pretty with a pink and white combination along with catchy graphics. The cap has a pink top that works like a switch you need to press it to open the other end and use the product. At times I find it difficult to bring out the product. That is not an issue as you can unscrew that cap and use it normally.

It claims to have pearl, saffron and turmeric extracts that are known to be good for the skin. The consistency is like that of a lotion but not too runny at the same time. The colour is a cute baby pink just like Gulabari cold cream. The fragrance is also similar to their cold cream; it smells of roses and is very alluring. The moisturizer spreads very easily when applied onto the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy at all when applied; it just gets absorbed into the skin. It brings a glow and makes the skin soft and moisturized as it claims. A really good thing for winters. When my skin gets a bit dry after a face wash I use this moisturizer. Coming to the fairness part, I guess that would need regular usage. I avoid moisturizers on my face due to my oily skin . On the arms and legs I feel it brings about a little radiance.

Over all I feel this is a face and body lotion.  ideal for dry skin girls and can also be used by girls with oily skin when their skin feels dry after  face wash. The lotion brings in a glow. I couldn’t find any instant fairness effects though. It is very moisturizing and not heavy at all .

I have the same doubt, I think its a face moisturizer Monika :) but it might not suit oily skin

I have oily skin and it has not been so bad….I had applied it after my face was dry after a facewash.

It just reminded me of Gulabo :P YEah tht is the problem – dewy moisturisers mean oil well for oily skin :P But it sounds like a good concept to get the dewy look.

Hey, can any of you tell me how to apply this properly?
Just apply it on our face and wash it off after 30 mins?
Kindly reply
Thanks
