David Beckham Instinct Eau De Toilette Review

Hi Everyone,

Today, I am reviewing a fragrance by the famous soccer player and Manchester United’s glory, Mr. David Beckham. My brother used to be (I am not sure whether he still is or not) his ardent fan, as even he enjoys the game and likes to improve his footwork whenever he gets time.  He even had his poster in his room when he was in school though, he is not in school anymore and neither the poster is there, but he still keeps buying this particular fragrance.

My Experience with David Beckham Instinct Eau De Toilette:

I asked him for the review that what makes him repurchase this fragrance and he said “because I like it” and that’s it, end of the discussion!!!!Boys will be boys and we girls completely understand and let them be like that :) So, I thought I will go ahead and check it out myself.  The fragrance is very fresh and citrusy, very youthful, energetic and active, will prove to be very good for guys who enjoy outdoor activities and sports.  It’s an ideal scent for a nightclub or a party because it will keep giving you sudden bursts of freshness. It is not at all overpowering and no one will be offended even if you go on a spraying spree, on the contrary, everyone will love it because it’s very refreshing.

I always thought that by attaching a celebrity name to a fragrance, the company gets an opportunity to sell trash, but I was proved wrong by this fragrance.  Mr. Beckham scores a goal in this match.  It is a wonderful scent with lovely citrus and mandarin notes that calm you down instantly.  The only problem I think with this fragrance is longevity. It lasts for 4-5 hours and after that, you can only smell the fading traces of the fragrance.

David Beckham Perfume

All in all, a very fresh fragrance, nothing too innovative or complex. It’s a hit amongst all, my brother’s friends, my friends, my family and obviously me, everyone seems to like this fragrance, which is very rare for a men’s fragrance.  Girls, if you are thinking of gifting something to a guy and you don’t know what his taste will be like, just pick this one up and he will definitely like it :)

Pros of David Beckham Instinct Eau De Toilette:

  • Lovely refreshing fragrance.
  • Everyone will like it.
  • Nice sturdy bottle.
  • Has a magnetic cap (it adjusts itself on the nozzle effortlessly).

Cons of David Beckham Instinct Eau De Toilette:

  • Average longevity, but then, it’s an EDT version.

IMBB Rating:

4.5/5
