Today I am going to review a lipstick from Deborah Milano and it is shade 20 “Rosetto Atomic Red”. Unlike the name says, it is more of a plum or grape shade very different from Red. My friends say that I have a crazy liking for plum shade because 4 out of my 5 purchases land me buying a plum shade. Lolz.

About the product: It’s a creamy textured, easy to apply, long stay smooth lipstick which is a perfect wear at office. It has a luster which is not very bold and hence I feel that it is a nice every day wear product.

My Experience with Deborah Milano Rossetto Atomic Red Shade 20

It comes in a metallic grey-black colored curvaceous packing which gives it a unique look. The lipstick stick comes out smoothly and is very handy. Coming to the application, it is very easy to put on. Just swipe it on your lips a couple times and you have it on. It has a very creamy texture and hence your lips feel smooth once the lipstick is applied. If you have dry lips too, this lipstick makes them smooth and creamy. But I will advise to put on a lip balm before the lipstick to get that perfect look.

The plum color gives an instant glamorous look and gives a perfect finish to your make-up.If you have a dark skin tone like me, you will absolutely love this shade.
Now, as I said that it is a nice daily wear product but it gets transferred every time you drink or eat. Hence you may need a little touch up in between. With mild touch-up, this lipstick lasts all day long.

Here are the swatches of the lipstick, the first one is just one swipe and the second one is after 3 swipes. You can see that the color comes out really nice even in the first application and gets stronger with multiple swipes.

• Gets transferred if you eat or drink.
• You need 2-3 swipes to get the desired effect.
• You may need to touch-up in between.

Will I repurchase Deborah Milano Rossetto Atomic Red Shade 20?

Over all it’s a nice product and is good to try at least once. But I think you can try other shades if you love to play with colors and experiment with looks.
