My Experience with Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub:

Do you get obsessed with some products or is it just me? When Dior launched its lip scrub, I knew I wanted one. I started asking for it and it was sold out pretty much everywhere until I causally walked in at one of the most unexpected stores and they had it. 😀 I have been using it non stop since I have got my hands on it and it is so so amazing that I am reviewing it for your already.

This is a gentle sugar lip scrub that comes in this lipstick-like tube. The packaging is this gorgeous baby pink case with silver twist tube. You rub it on your lips and the tiny sugar granules are left on your lips. You rub those granules between your lips and they melt away. You are left with a lovely lip balm on your lips. Since I am in pretty insane cold weather these days, my lips have become extra demanding.

I often get lazy when it comes to using lip scrub out of the pot, but this has become my constant go-to now. It is my favourite coat-pocket friend these days. 😀 My lips have not only become softer but I feel I don’t have to keep reapplying lip balm throughout the day plus the flaking of lips has pretty much gone. It has been so good on my lips and it is so easy to use, no wonder it is hard to get your hands on. I am sure this would definitely become one of the cult favourites soon.

This lip scrub is quite firm and does not break or go all over the place. It’s neat, handy and easy to use any time of the day. This is supposed to leave a pinkish tint on lips, but I have pretty pigmented lips, so it looks clear on my lips. I sometimes feel when I use a bit more of it and rub my lips to melt the sugar scrub, it adds a lovely plumpness to my lips. It has a lovely minty fragrance to it and mild sweet taste, but I really enjoy it.

In all honestly, it is a sugar lip scrub and you can totally make one at home as well, but this is just so amazing. I am so happy I got it and if I could get my hands on it again, I definitely would. This is definitely my constant favourite from Dior now and would always be. 🙂
