My Experience with Dior Capture Totale Multi-Perfection Refining Base De Teint SPF25 PA++:
It comes in a chic frosted glass packaging with a silver cap and the Dior logo engraved on it. The name of the product and the brand is printed in black on the front side of the bottle. The bottle is a pump bottle and dispenses just the right amount of product.
The Primer is a pink toned creamy primer with faint shimmers that isn’t really visible until you apply it on your skin. It doesn’t look glittery but, it gives a very beautiful sheen to the skin. This blends into the skin like a dream and cancels out any redness or unevenness on the skin thus, making my skin look perfect.
It has a very hydrating formula. The Base De Teint plumps up your skin, smoothens and adds a nice illumination to the skin. It also reduces any dark areas and imperfections. It also reduces the appearance of the pores making my skin look perfect and even. The Base De Teint also makes your makeup last longer. I get 3 to 4 hours of wear time even without a primer.
The Dior Base De Teint has a very faint rosy scent to it which doesn’t fade away. Women with sensitive noses won’t like this scent. This can be worn under a foundation or can be worn alone. I apply this when I don’t wear any foundation/BB/CC cream and this makes my skin look so beautiful. My makeup glides on very smoothly and evenly thus, making my skin looks dewy and radiant. I need 1 and ½ pump to cover up my entire face and neck area.
The Base De Teint doesn’t feel sticky or tacky. It didn’t break me out so, I would definitely be repurchasing it. Also, It doesn’t cling on to dry patches. Since it comes with an SPF of 25, it is totally a win-win product for me.
