My Experience with Dior Instant Cleansing Water:
Packaging: This cleansing water comes in a plastic bottle with a pump which is so convenient to use.
Consistency/Usage: This is a water-based cleanser, similar to Bioderma and it performs exactly the same. I disperse about 3-4 pumps on a cotton square and use it to remove my whole makeup including my face and eyes. It works very efficiently and I can see all my makeup being wiped off in 1-2 swipes. For my eye makeup, I hold it on my eyes for 10 seconds and swipe, and it removes everything off including eyeliner and mascara. For waterproof mascara, I might have to go back with a couple more swipes, but I rarely have to rub or tug my skin. It also removes my long wear lipsticks and lip stains.
This cleanser does not irritate my skin or my eyes. It keeps my eyelashes intact post mascara removal.
This cleansing water leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean without any greasy feeling. This is a rinse-free formula which is savior for lazy days. It does not leave my skin feeling dry or stretchy which is a huge plus for dry skin like mine. I also use it as a toner sometimes and it remove all residue cleanser, and leaves my skin squeaky clean and ready for next skin care steps.
Fragrance: This product has a very faint, almost undetectable floral scent.
Overall, I love this cleanser. It is very effective and lives up to its claims. I do think this is very similar to Bioderma which is just as effective while costing less. So, if price isn’t a factor for you, I would 100% recommend this.
