Diwali Decorations

IMBB completed three years!!! It got me so so nostalgic , it was like yesterday I was virtually hopping and jumping around here. So happy for the entire team and all of us, the lovely readers. 😀

I just got back from home a couple of days ago and Hyderabad is getting colder by the day ! Winters are got to be my favourite season because everyone just looks so dreamy and magical.

The trip home was amazing, though I fell ill a couple of times in the short span, I did have a blast with family. All the yummy food and the festive atmosphere was so refreshing.
Some pictures of the festivities at home, I wanted to share. 🙂

My tiny version of Rati’s coffe/flower candles. I chose a smaller glass thing and filled it with flowers and put some glass pebbles on the , because these were mainly put in various corners of the house . 🙂

Heavy bedcovers for rooms, this one is mum and dads, it has embroidery all over. I chose a satin floral one for my room. No good pics of that . 🙁

The entrance of the home, I decorated it with some simple rangoli and brass diya stands. In the center is a ceramic urli with rajasthani work. It was filled with glass pebbles and flowers. Later on I put some floating candles too.

And that’s my home’s living and dining, in all its glory. 🙂

And guess what ? I don’t have a single full length picture of the suit I wore that day. Everything is with someone or me looking as funny as ever. I wanted to do an OOTD post so bad.I went crazy with the new camera and clicked everything except for myself. 😛 But I did manage to click the work done my suit. This is the border , the body has smaller work patches.

Wishing everyone lots of happiness and luck!
