How is everything going? I hope you guys are enjoying. This month I would be travelling and I am super excited about it. Today, I will show how you can easily make a body scrub at home. We have been using body scrubs for years. They help cleanse our skin and keep it healthy. However, if you end up spending huge chunks of money on store-bought body scrubs, here is a simple and easy recipe. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
⦁ Kesar syrup
⦁ One bowl sugar (brown/white)
⦁ One tablespoon olive oil
Procedure:
– In a bowl, take some sugar as per your requirement.
– Now sift the sugar into a grinder.
– Add 2 teaspoons of kesar syrup to the grinder.
– Add one tablespoon olive oil.
– Grind all the ingredients together.
– Your body scrub is ready. You can use it as and when you like it.
Note:
If you don’t have kesar syrup ready, you can make it at home. Just take some kesar and soak it in milk. The amount of milk needs to be less than the amount of kesar being used. Soak kesar overnight and then it is ready to be used.
