Dolce & Gabbana Shower Gel

Hello everyone. I love two months of the year the most i.e. October and November. These are the best festive months in India. You step out of your home and you would realize how much joy is waiting for you in the market. Karawachauth is coming, my birthday is on the way, then Diwali. Do tell me how many of you are in love with this festive season? Anyways coming to the product review of today. It is about the famous DOLCE AND GABBANA SHOWER GEL.

Product description:

The product comes in a thick plastic tube with a screw open cap. The shower gel in it is yellow- orange in colour. Though named gel, it not that thick in consistency. In fact it is runny in nature.

Ingredients list is not given.

Quantity: 50ml

Price: 1 pound

My take on Dolce & Gabbana Shower Gel :

If I compare my craziness for the beauty products verses bath & body products, it is more inclined towards the bath and body side. I have many shower gels and I love using them. I find using bathing soaps very boring. The fragrance of the shower gel is very mild. I would say it on the floral side. The lather it produces is not much. Secondly it won’t leave your skin dry after the use like any other soap. For example if you try and scratch your skin after the bath, you won’t get a streak on the skin which usually builds up dry skin. So it best for the winters. The fragrance after bath stays only for one hour after which it vanishes off at the speed of light. This is quite disappointing though. It also available in larger packages of 200ml which costs you around nineteen pounds. The runny nature makes its use easy. You skin’s thirst easily quenched by this shower gel. Reading the name D&G feminine, it is very correctly named as the fragrance is specially fabricated for women. It is very flowery, musky kind of fragrance which is fresh and modern. Neither it would take you to a fruity world of strawberries nor would it take you to that strong smelling floral smells. It is very soothing and calming in fragrance. It won’t even linger on in the bathroom. Would stay there only while you are bathing. Over all it is nice to have such products which can be used regularly and keep you fresh and calm.  You need enough amount on the loofah for the use on entire body.

What I liked about Dolce & Gabbana Shower Gel :

The bottle is sturdy and the colour of the shower gel is very soft. You can carry it anywhere and can stay without applying a moisturizer after its use for a long time. You would feel great.

What I disliked about Dolce & Gabbana Shower Gel :

Availability in India is a big issue, which is really sad. And lastly the fragrance staying power is poor. After all if somebody is using D&G one should really enjoy the luxury of the brand. What do you say?

Would I like to repurchase Dolce & Gabbana Shower Gel ?

I guess no. I would not like to again buy it, rather try other luxury brands. After all shower gels need to be changed.
